Common questions
How do I scan a receipt? ▼
Tap the Scan Receipt button on the home screen and point your camera at your grocery receipt. Binless will automatically read and add your items.
How do I cancel my subscription? ▼
Go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Binless → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Premium until the end of your billing period.
Why aren't my notifications showing up? ▼
Check that notifications are enabled for Binless in your iPhone Settings → Notifications → Binless. Make sure Allow Notifications is turned on.
How does Sprig generate recipes? ▼
Sprig looks at everything in your pantry and prioritises items expiring soon to suggest recipes that use what you already have — reducing waste and saving you money.
